Orixen AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) designs and installs smart home automation systems in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We use your information to reply to enquiries, arrange site visits, prepare quotations, deliver and support installed systems, and keep records of work carried out. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

Our on-site assistant uses your browser’s session storage to remember whether you have already seen its prompt. This stays in your browser and is cleared when you close it.

Where we install camera and security infrastructure, we can host it on a local server within your own property, which reduces dependence on third-party cloud services and keeps footage inside your own environment. Where a system does rely on a manufacturer’s cloud service, we will tell you during the design stage so you can make an informed decision.
We do not access, monitor or retain footage or data from systems installed in your home except where you specifically ask us to, for example while diagnosing a fault.
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a potential project. Where we have carried out work for you, we keep project records for as long as we may reasonably need them for warranty, support and expansion purposes.
If you would like your enquiry removed from our records, contact us and we will delete it.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your enquiry from our records. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
